As most GHU members are always on assignment in some town, or on sabbatical where they travel to the Southern Ghost Forest, the GHU Capital is usually fairly empty. It has only a few members who protect and keep running the location for use of making extra equipment for Ghost Hunters. As well, it has the largest library on the planet, as most books are usually eaten. The communication system for GHU members to find blacklisted towns and other information is run here, and GHU badges are made here. As well, if people want to join as Ghost Hunters, bodyguards, or testers for new towns, they can come here for testing and evaluation.

   Besides the few GHU members here, there are also enough bodyguards to keep the location safe from Renegades despite it being fairly well known.
